Privacy Policy

We are committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and recognize a need for the appropriate management and protection of any personal information that you agree to provide to us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics and partner with Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use and interact with our website, through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, so we can improve our website and services. This information is collected using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies. For more about how Google and Microsoft collect and use your data, see the Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

When you request a quote, our website also records how you first found us (for example, a Google search or our Google Business Profile) and keeps it with your request, so we know which of our marketing is working. This uses a cookie set by our own website.

Advertising

We advertise on Google. When you reach our website from one of our ads, Google Ads uses cookies to tell us whether that visit led to a quote request or a phone call, so we can see which ads work. Calls from our ads may go through a Google forwarding number, which lets Google report the call’s length and time but not what was said. You can manage how Google uses your information for ads in My Ad Center.

Spam protection

Our quote request form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. To do this, Google collects information such as your browser details and how you use the page. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
